When we began working with Peregrine Clothing in Summer 2023, the brand struggled to scale their business effectively. Their ad creative strategy was outdated, leading to stagnant engagement and limited growth. Additionally, the feedback loop for campaign performance was inefficient, preventing timely optimisations and adjustments essential for scaling campaigns effectively.
The product feeds were not optimised, resulting in inaccurate listings and poor performance in advertising channels. Furthermore, Peregrine Clothing lacked the integration of Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) and Merchant Centre Promotion IDs, limiting their visibility and promotional capabilities in competitive search environments. The absence of a focus on best-performing products and real-time sales data meant that their collections in both Meta and Google were not being updated dynamically to reflect current market demands, thereby reducing the efficiency and impact of their advertising efforts.
To overcome these challenges, we implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to Peregrine Clothing's needs. We began by overhauling their ad creative strategy, and developing fresh and engaging creatives that resonated with their target audience, which significantly enhanced engagement and conversion rates across their paid social and search campaigns. Simultaneously, we established a robust feedback loop, enabling real-time monitoring and swift adjustments to optimise campaign performance and scalability.
Recognising the importance of accurate product listings, we optimised their product feeds to ensure consistency and relevance across all advertising platforms. We integrated Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) and Merchant Centre Promotion IDs to boost their visibility in search results, making their products more competitive and accessible. Additionally, we focused on their best-performing products, using real-time sales data to dynamically update product listings within collections on both Meta and Google. This ensured that only high-performing and in-stock products were promoted, maximising advertising efficiency and customer satisfaction.
To increase brand awareness, we introduced Pinterest as an additional paid social channel. This expanded their reach to a broader audience, enhancing brand visibility and driving more traffic to their online store. Enhancing the user experience was also a key focus.
