When we began working with Goral Shoes in 2022, their monthly turnover struggled to break £10K. The brand faced significant challenges in scaling its business. Their marketing strategies were ineffective, lacking a cohesive paid social and paid search approach, which hindered their ability to reach and convert potential customers. Additionally, their email marketing efforts were minimal, missing opportunities for customer retention and upselling. Operational inefficiencies were evident, with no automated flows for upselling, basket abandonment, or updating customers during manufacturing, leading to missed sales and reduced customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the existing user experience on their website was not optimised, making the shopping process less intuitive and discouraging repeat business.
To overcome these challenges, we implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to Goral Shoes' needs. We launched a full paid social strategy using Facebook and Instagram Ads to target specific demographics and interests, significantly increasing brand visibility and driving traffic to their online store. Concurrently, we developed a paid search strategy with Google Ads to capture high-intent search traffic, ensuring that potential customers actively looking for footwear found Goral Shoes.
Enhancing the user experience was a key focus. We redesigned the website to improve navigation and ensure a seamless shopping experience across all devices. By introducing always in stock products, we eliminated customer frustration caused by unavailable items, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction. We also built out essential automated email flows using Klaviyo, including upselling, cart abandonment, and providing step-by-step updates during the shoe manufacturing process. These automated emails not only increased sales but also reduced ticket volumes by keeping customers informed, thereby enhancing overall satisfaction.
To further support growth, we facilitated collaborations with Rose Anvil, expanding Goral Shoes' market reach and enhancing brand credibility. Continuous monitoring and optimisation of paid campaigns ensured that advertising budgets were effectively utilised, maintaining high efficiency and maximising return on investment.
