Glamify Fashion's email marketing was limited by Mailerlite's lack of advanced automation, resulting in generic, non-personalised emails that led to low customer engagement. They weren't using SMS marketing, missing a direct communication channel with customers. Inefficient data management hindered integration with Google and Meta ads. Additionally, their email list was inflated by irrelevant marketplace emails from platforms like TikTok, unnecessarily increasing costs.
We migrated Glamify Fashion to Klaviyo, cleansing their email list to improve deliverability and engagement. We developed a strategic email and SMS marketing plan with advanced automation flows—like welcome series and abandoned cart reminders—and personalised content based on customer behaviour. We rapidly expanded their subscriber base by introducing SMS marketing and designing effective signup forms. We integrated enriched customer data into Google and Meta ads for better targeting. Custom webhooks were set up to suppress irrelevant marketplace emails, controlling costs and maintaining a high-quality email list.
